Members of the 6th District American Legion Riders will converge in Avon at the American Legion, Post 145 located at 375 S. SR267, Avon IN (317)837-7178 for the $5 All-You-Can-East SAL Breakfast and a free Ride to the Raccoon Lake Area and set up for Free Camping. Afternoon ride to Greencastle American Legion, Post 58 located at 1401 E. Indianapolis Rd. Greencastle, IN. They will have a Hog Roast ($10 each) with a live band. Hosted by the American Legion, Speedway Post 500 located at 1926 Georgetown Rd - Speedway, IN. Charity Ride - Registration 9:30—KSU 10:30am. $15 / person ~ $25 / two-up. Door prizes, 50/50. Cookout after ride - 5:30 pm, all you care to eat Hamburgers & Hot Dogs + Sides (included with ride, $6 for non-riders). Presented by the Bristol American Legion Riders, Post 143!!! Benefiting the Bob George Memorial Fund !!! All Riders Welcomed! Approximately 50 mile escorted ride. Each bike will receive an American Flag to display for this Veteran benefit ride, ending in Bristol, IN. This event is dedicated to the support of Veterans and their families in times of need. It supports travel, hotel accommodations, etc. to family of Veterans in their time of most need. They served America and now is our Opportunity to serve them !! Event location: Camp Atterbury War Memorial at 9:00am. This is a charity ride sponsored by the Talon MA from Camp Atterbury. There will be 5 stops with an ending at the American Legion in Edinburgh, with food and entertainment. Proceeds will be split between 2 charities, Miracle Ride and Indiana Army National Guard Relief Fund. $20 per bike and $10 for passengers.

Darrell Hux Memorial Ride
A Memorial Poker Run for the Late Darrell Hux who was an ALR member and found family member of Kingsford Heights American Legion. Leaves from Kingsford Heights American Legion, Post 434 located at 500 Grayton Rd. (off hwy 6), Kingsford Heights IN. $10.00 per rider (Cars Welcome) Sign-Up starts at 10:00am and the rides leaves at 10:30am. It is approximately 100 miles and proceeds to the cemetery (approx 1 mile from the legion) for a short dedication and prayer, then leaves as a group to the 1st stop. Our stops are Wanatah Legion Post 403, Kouts Legion Post 301, North Judson Post 92 (around bass lake) and then to Hamlet Post 356. We will provide a chili cheese dog dinner with lots of sides made by our Ladies Auxiliary. We will have lots of raffles and door prizes.
